Can you please tell me about the email trigger ?

I am facing problem in starting my bot when i send the mail to email ID i created trigger section.
May be my understanding is wrong about the email trigger.
If you reply with any an explanation it will be a great help.

    Might be the trigger starts, But problem is in my action.

    Below is the process i am looking to create.
    1. person send mail & attachment to trigger mail ID
    2. Action Step 1. send a form include test start date to lab & Engineer recipients.
    3. Action step 2. once form submitted by Lab ; reply mail goes to the no. of recipients.
    4. Action step 3. Send 2nd form of test end date to lab & Engineer recipients with the continue reminder for 30 days
    5. Action step 4. once form submitted by Lab ; reply mail goes to the no. of recipients.
    6. Action step 5. Send a final notification to attach the final report to Lab & engineer recipients.
