Indication of a New Assigned Task While Logged In to Catalytic

When a user is working in Catalytic and is also assigned a new task, they will not receive an email or a notification of that task. It would be really helpful to have an in-app banner/notification/counter bubble pop up on the tasks to call the user's attention to a new item pending their action.
