Allow for the sender email address in Email: Send an emailand Email: Send a Form actions to appear as a specific sender's email address. Currently, we can update Sender Name but the email address is still customername@pushbot.com. Or we can have a custom outbound email domain but it's @{team-name}.customdomain.com. Looking for the sender email to be a specific user's account in order to instill confidence in recipient of that email. Maybe an Outlook: Send an Email action.

I definitely appreciate the desire to configure the sender email addresses. We really can't do this by artificially changing the email address, because that's called "spoofing" and spam filters will block those emails.

Your other 2 suggestions would work:
    1. Expand the custom outbound email domains to support multiple domains.
    2. Use integrated email actions to send emails through Outlook and Gmail.

We could let users configure the local part of the email address - {local-part}@{domain}.{top-level-domain}. That would be technically possible for both standard and custom outbound domain emails, without inherently affecting spam rates. It's possible that some specific local parts could be more likely to be marked as spam (for example ceo@customer.com or free.prescription.drugs@customer.com), but that decision would be left to the builder.
