Problem:
A correctly configured SFTP step can fail whenever the API is unavailable or times out. To account for this, you can build a looping/logging workflow into your process to retry and document the SFTP step. This can get tedious and overly complex if a process contains numerous SFTP steps or executes in large batches.
Idea
Include the option to automatically retry a SFTP step if the response is not expected.
