Reassign email tasks

Provide a **Reassign ** button on Email tasks similar to regular tasks assigned to people within the team. When selected, the user would be able to enter a new email address and the email would be sent to the new recipient.

This would allow the same level of flexibility for Email tasks for people outside the organization as we provide for task assignees inside the organization.

Some situations for which this would be helpful:

  • Initial email address had a typo that needs to be corrected and resent.
  • Email recipient is out of the office.
  • Contact at customer or supplier has changed.

Actions that this should apply to:

  • Email: Assign an email task
  • Email: Invite a user
  • Email: Send a form (1st priority)
  • Email: Send an email (2nd priority)
