Custom Action Creation: Guidance
Currently the custom action creation modal window displays the following text:
Create Custom Action
Turn your most helpful Pushbots into reusable Custom Actions. First, create a Pushbot with a series of actions you consistently use–like resizing and renaming an image–then create a Custom Action for it here. The next time you add an action, those steps will be available as a single reusable action.
It would be helpful to users to include additional guidance in this modal:
1. A mockup of the custom action name (including prefix(es))
2. Instructions to check that all needed template-level fields are present, and that those fields' values will be the action's inputs when nested in another process
3. Instructions to select the fields to be returned to the starter process from the custom action in the menu
4. A warning that once created the custom action cannot be removed or modified

I think it would also be useful to have the ability to select which steps you'd like to include output fields from, instead of only being able to select output fields directly. For example, the CSV summarize action step - since those output fields are not available to the user beforehand (since they are dynamically created based on input), it would be nice to just say
Select all fields from this summarize action step
