Consolidate .pdf files generated in multiple runs into one file
If a bot runs multiple times a day, each run produces one .pdf file. Can I somehow collect all these .pdf files generated on that specific day, consolidate them and send this one file out in a send an email step?

@Veronika_128563 How many files (size?) are in scope? The simplest way would be to filter a table for runs that day, and use Tables: Convert data table to text with a comma (,) as a delimiter between row values. There's currently a 7.5 megabyte limit for email attachments: https://help.catalytic.com/docs/pushbot-system-limits/#email
There is not currently an action to merge .pdf files, but that seems like a great thought to share in Ideas.

@Thomas_937381 But if I use convert data table to text, I only get a list of the .pdf files but not the files themself, or is my thinking wrong?

@Veronika_128563 You'll have a comma-delimited list of file IDs in a text-type field that you can reference in the attachments space on the email action.
