Allow the 'from' field on tasks to be changed, similar to how email tasks can be 'from' other names

Currently, whoever owns the pushbot/instance is the 'from' field for the alert that a task is ready in Pushbot. Users would prefer that this field be customizable, in a way that's simliar to the customization in email forms/tasks.
