True/False auto-complete button in email

Simple true/false requests such as approvals should be answered through buttons within the email instead of forwarding the user to a web form.

    I agree- any time we can eliminate the email recipient from having to open up a new web browser to complete a form would be a great timesaver for them and make communications more streamlined. If there was a way to complete simple questions within the actual email body that would be very useful.

    @Lynda_157218 There is a way to do this today with the Email: Wait for reply action, which allows the email recipient to simply reply back with their response. That reply is saved in a Body text field that you can use in downstream actions.

    This would be very helpful and user-friendly.
    @Jeff_291769 I like your Idea too, but I think it is more error-prone on the side of the recipient of the mail (Spelling mistake,...). And besides it is not as comfortable as, for example small buttons for 'Approve' or 'Reject'.
