How to disable the submit button based on selected transaction

I knew that we can hide the submit button by setting it in the webform trigger and adding the disable-submit=true but is there a way to hide it depending on selected text in a specific field?
For example in my attachment if the user selected the download transaction I would like to hide the submit button.
