How can I update the document change history table in word template file

Hello dear team,
I designed a workflow to automate technical specification word file generation.
User fills a web form with required fields and the specification will be created and send to the user by email.
Here is the bottleneck I met:
The word file contains a change history table.
To keep previous change history, I used a data table in the form.
Right now I can only use action "convert table to markdown text" and put the text to word:
However this does not fulfill the company's template format.
My question is that is it possible to convert the catalytic data table into a word table?
