Is it possible to change workflow default field without edit the workflow? -->Read config file?

Hello dear team,
I wondered if it is possible to change the workflow default field without edit the workflow directly?
For example my workflow web form will display a background picture A via a instruction field.
Now I want to change the picture A to picture B.
I don't want to edit the workflow to do the change.
Is there a way set the workflow web form to load the picture file from a link, I just need to change the picture in the link.

My pain point is that my company set the catalytic rule that any changes in the workflow must follow the process:
1. Create a new draft version
2. Make the change
3. Request to publish the version
4. Approval of the new version
5. New version is published

So I don't want to go the process just for change one field.

    Hi @Ye_939471,

    There is currently no alternate way to modify a workflow's default fields or values without modifying the workflow itself (which will require requesting to publish via the admin setting in this case).

    Hi @Ye_939471,

    This is the only way to make changes to the workflow when this admin setting is enabled. The only way to bypass these steps is to be an admin on your Catalytic team.

    The steps are defined by our management which are mandatory...
    Is there a way to configure the workflow's default fields from an file?
