Move (+Row) button from bottom of data table sent in webform

The button at the bottom of the data table that is being sent in a webform is being clicked thus adding blank rows causing errors when capturing the results of the webform data table.
Moving the button to the upper corner or the table or hidden with an ellipsis will help this issue.
