Convert contents from email into spreadsheet

I have an email that routinely comes in with hundreds of rows of data that I have to copy then paste (a huge copy and paste) into a spreadsheet. Looking to work this into catalytic. Is anyone aware of any actions that might be useful? thanks.

    Jonathan,

    Depending on how consistent the formatting is in the email body, you could use the "Tables: Convert text to a data table" to create a data table. Once you have the table, you can use the standard table actions to manipulate it, or convert the table to an excel spreadsheet.
