Trying to use delay start to send follow-up e-mails
I am trying to create a logic that sends three follow-up e-mails to the users in three specific dates according to filled field values from my web form, but when I use delay start for these tasks they just ignore the configured date:
Setting up delay (should send an e-mail two days after, but it sends right away)

A couple things to help troubleshoot...
1. Be aware that any timings or delays are ignored when starting workflows in "Test" mode
2. Ensure the date field values are formatted as valid date/date-times.2

I didn't notice that delay starts were ignored during test Workflows. I've noticed before the second suggestion that using a reference field as an integer didn't work, so I converted to date and it seems to work just fine now2
