Separate "Fix" Tasks from the Assigned Category

I would like to see a Fix task have a separate designation from Assigned. Our team supports multiple workstreams and the fix tasks are assigned to users who do not know how to fix the issue. If Fix tasks had its own designation instead of Assigned, it would be easier to identify and correct issues. It would be great if we could report on these errors as well so our builders could enhance the workflow.
