Allow drop down task selection for Reopen Tasks action

As it stands now, the Reopen Tasks and Reset Dependent Tasks action requires manually typing in the name of an action, and it requires it in a not-user-friendly way. It should be a drop down of tasks to select from, like how you can choose from a drop down when setting dependencies.
