Edit tasks in active instances

Ability to edit, add, delete an upcoming task in a current instance. This can initially exclude actions if that makes it more controllable or perhaps not support certain types of conditions. But being able to do this for basic task would help prevent people from going outside of Pushbot, allow for more collaboration, and set the stage for being able ti copy it all back to the template. An important consideration is how comments should be used, and responses to emails -- all perhaps making it easier to convert things to tasks.
