How do i make an single action type wait for three different delays

If suppose i want to wait for a reply till 2nd working day of (2nd oct )
and then send 1st reminder mail on 3rd working day that's (5th oct)
the same way for every month there is dynamic delays which i will be calculating in variables(Fields), then how do i make a single action type wait for different delays.
The same way for sep 2nd working day is (2nd sep) and 3rd working day is(3rd sep).

    One action can have only one delay, rather than three different delays.

    When selecting the task timing, the Field choice allows you to input a field reference. This helps if you need to calculate the date & time or date field to establish the timing duration.

    You might need three duplicate actions if you want three different delays. Of course, you would need a condition that identifies which one of the three steps is true. Please see the comments in this idea if you use this approach.
