send web form to e-mail address

Hi All,
I am trying to send a web form to an address that is not in Catalytic, the user doesn't have an account.
The problem is the e-mail is not sent ... if I well understood it should work with every email addresses
The field I am using is "To address"
What I am doing wrong ?
Is it possible to send the form to 2 addresses using comma, like aaaaa@gmail.com, bbbb@gmail.com?

I recommend reviewing the help article for potential causes and then sending an email to help@catalytic.com.
