Allow users to customize the personal dashboard:
1. Specify which sections they wish to be visible (i.e. Favorites, Tasks, Instances)
2. Designate the number of each they wish to see (e.g. 10 'Favorites' workflows, rather than just 4)
3. Pin a 'Start an Instance' for Favorites workflows they often manually start
