Administration: Create Users in Bulk

The attached workflow will be useful to Catalytic administrators: it allows one to fill a spreadsheet with names and email addresses, and will start an inline batch to create a Catalytic account for each row.

Parameters for the user onboarding process and notifications are optional (go here for more detail).

When complete, the instance owner will receive a summary email confirming each new account's status, successful or not.

Something like this could additionally be expanded in a few ways:

1. With a webhook or SFTP trigger, you could pass a flat comma-delimited file of users to Catalytic.
2. Using the Application Table: Users table, you could compare the contents of that file, using e.g. Tables: Compare two tables to create a delta.
3. You could start two batch workflows, one using Catalytic: Create a user, and the other using Catalytic: Deactivate a user.
