May 2020: New integrations - Power BI, ServiceNow, Ephesoft and Lever

On May 28, we plan to release will feature 4 new integrations:

Power BI

Automatically populate and refresh your Power BI dashboards with Catalytic data tables. Two actions will be available in this initial release:

  • Power BI: Create dataset from data table
  • Power BI: Update dataset with data table

ServiceNow

Add Catalytic's smart workflows to your ServiceNow ticketing processes. These 6 actions are powerhouses, enabling you to create, read, update and delete any type of data in ServiceNow:

  • ServiceNow: Create a record
  • ServiceNow: Delete a record
  • ServiceNow: Get multiple records
  • ServiceNow: Get single record
  • ServiceNow: Modify a record
  • ServiceNow: Update a record

Ephesoft

If you're using Ephesoft for OCR and extraction of text in documents, you'll now be able to send documents to your Ephesoft queue for extraction. The extracted data will then be passed back to Catalytic for use in your workflows.

Lever

Catalytic is popular with Talent Acquisition departments to streamline recruiting workflows. This new Lever integration automates a number of the key tasks that take up recruiters' time:

  • Lever: Add links to a candidate
  • Lever: Add sources to a candidate for an opportunity
  • Lever: Add tags to a candidate for an opportunity
  • Lever: Change a candidate's current stage for an opportunity
  • Lever: Create a candidate
  • Lever: Create a note and add it to a candidate profile
