Task Transition at Job Transition

In the event that a person transitions out of a specific position, it would be helpful to be able to pull a list of all tasks owned by x person to route to y person. Perhaps default to team admin for reassignment. Could also trigger this workflow with a task to team admin requesting confirmation person is still employed if email bounces back.
