Create your own Markdown table! (webform or email body)

I found this nifty website to create your own markdown table, if you don't want to use the Action - Tables: Convert data table to markdown text because you just have a few fields or don't have any and don't have a data table to begin with.
Choose your table size (how many rows, how many columns).
Fill in all the cells (or leave blank as needed).
Click Generate.
Click Copy to clipboard.
Then paste that text (as is) into an Instruction field or Email task in Catalytic (or others?)
Then you can insert field references as needed with the usual {{.
If you are inserting field references, it might help to fill in some expected responses in the table on the website, that way it might format better.
