Milestone - Output Field for Use in Progress Tracking & Reporting

Allow for the "Milestone" actions to output a field that can be referenced within the process. Otherwise, two redundant actions are needed after every manual task of a workflow: "Set Value of a Text Field" and "Update Row in a Table"
