Ensuring all excel actions preserve header and footer images in an excel file

It would be very helpful if all excel related actions would preserve the header and footer image on each tab in a workbook. Currently header and footer images seem to be removed in the "Excel: Insert a data table into an excel template" and/or "Excel: Create spreadsheet or CSV file" actions.

Inserting header and footer images are a common tool for marketing and branding company logos on a client facing document. It seems like an important function to support so I recommend adding in compatibility for this feature!
