Prevent accidental task reopens

Provide an option to disable the reopen task button when configuring an assign a task action. This would be helpful for a few processes I'm working on where users are inadvertently reopening tasks which throws off the downstream logic. The inadvertent reopen usually happens because of a lag with the complete button turning from green to gray.

    While not disabled, today's release moves the Reopen button to another location to prevent accidental clicks. Also, a warning has been introduced to ensure the user understands what will happen when they reopen.

    I'm going to mark this idea as complete, as I think the root cause of the need has been addressed.

    If there are additional needs specific to disabling the Reopen button, please upvote here.
