Create a Data Table with pre-set column validation

I want use this action, https://help.catalytic.com/docs/tables-create-an-empty-table/, but be able to set the column validations as well. There are use cases where I need to write an excel/csv to a created table on the run. If I could validate the data table, that would prevent others from editing the data incorrectly.
