How to use OCR to extract a table
Hello,
Do you have any thoughts on how to transform a text or block table field generated from an OCR Action into a table?

Hello Rafael. The Images: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) action includes an option to generate a data table along with the rest of the output fields. This option is broken down in this section of the help article.
For your use case, do you already have the resulting output text but don't have the option to enable this on the OCR action? If that's true, the data table you would generate would largely depend on the contents of the text and your needs. You can create an empty data table during your workflow instance and then add rows individually from your OCR output text. We have multiple text manipulation actions available to you that you can use to extract the text from your OCR output field before inserting into the new data table.
If you have any follow up questions please let us know.

Hi Chris, Thanks a lot for your prompt response.
That's actually what I was looking for. I understand the output fields from the OCR actions can get overwhelming. So processing each row and collecting data individually using text manipulation actions could be the most efficient way to read and process this output.0
