Start workflow for each row not working properly

Hi Team
We have a helper Bot in which we are using Action - Start Workflow for each row as per the flow it should run for 10 rows (for data table "output_duplicate_project_details") in one instance but its just running for 9 and 1 run is missing i.e its neither in failed runs nor in successful run. Please find the attachement for your reference wherein No. of pushbots = 10.. Successful runs = 9 ... Failed runs = No number is displayed neither 0 nor 1

Would like to have your suggestions on the same - How can we see the status of the missing helper bot instance? Are we doing something wrong or is it a error on the backend?
