One form/page feeds another, without the need for an email

Currently we have a new customer form, they submit it, and some processing happens… and then it will send the new customer an email with a link to a new form for them to complete. Our goal would be to have that submit button, process the data provided in the form, and immediately open a new catalytic page with a form that is dynamic, based on the data provided in the initial form.
This would be similar to a website where you add an item to a shopping cart, and then go to shopping cart to check out.
