Markdown in Outlook invitation

When using the Outlook: Create meeting action, can I use markdown formatting in the body of the invite? Specifically I'm wanting to hyperlink some text.

    @Sophie_421760 I created an Outlook account to test rejected calendar invites.

    Outlook: Create Meeting did not support markdown in the "Body" setting (image below). The invitation in my Google Calendar appeared the same way as it did in Outlook.
