Set a standard of x number of days at a team level for data retention https://help.catalytic.com/docs/data-retention/. The team would need provide their organizational standards for the number of days to set by default for every pushbot and notify the workflow builder of the timeline. The timeline should be customizable per workflow if they don't want to adhere to the default number of days.
