I was wondering if there is a limit or cap to the number of recipients in the Send Email action? We have a use case, where it could be up to 1000 or even more recipients. I checked out the system limits but it only mentions email size.

@Veronika_933772 I searched for "Count" in Community. The pattern shared in the post I linked below may help you in your particular case. Please share here with more detail if that is not the case.

As a rule of thumb, if you need to count something, I would consider how you can apply Tables: Count Rows in a Table. That is what helped me identify the pattern in the post I shared.

  • @Jozef_783863 sorry for the confusion. We do not need to count, we just to make sure that there is no cap to the number of recipients in the "To" Field.

  • There seems to be a limit of 50 recipients per email, this also includes cc and bcc recipients. There are also some bcc emails that might go out to our system, so I would advise to not have more than 45 recpients per mail.
