Outlook Integration Enabled by Non-Admin User

Allow for Outlook inbox connection to be enabled by an individual non-Admin user instead of by the Admin in the Integrations section. Adding a connection to Outlook requires the Admin to enter the email address and password of the account. If a non-Admin wants an Outlook integration, they'd have to provide their credentials to someone else, which is not realistic for security purposes. This poses a roadblock to non-Admin users getting access to our Outlook integration offerings.

Requesting our Outlook integration setup to be configured either:
1. From an individual non-Admin user's account or
2. From the Admin Integrations section with an Admin initiating on behalf of a non-Admin user, entering their email address, and then the user requesting the connection receiving an email to provide their credentials in their Catalytic account to finalize setup.
