Reference Library in Each Team

Include an Admin managed section, Reference Library, where customer-specific documentation and references can be loaded for usage by builders and users.

Examples of useful documentation to be available in Catalytic per team:

• Document maintained by the customer including information about Admins (by BU, region, etc) and who to reach out to for enabling integrations, adding new users, etc.
• Document maintained by customer of integrations: all live integrations with customer systems and Catalytic, how they're currently being used, and integrations that are on the roadmap for connecting to Catalytic.
