Maintaining Scheduled Triggers during Daylight Savings

I have a daily scheduled trigger I first set to 5:30am CST.

This past weekend, daylight savings took place and the trigger start time changed to 4:30am CST.

If I rely on the 5:30am CST time to email a report, do I need to update my triggers after daylight savings?

I noticed 10:30am UTC is the start time before and after daylight savings. Is this universal standard what we rely on for scheduled triggers?

Should scheduled trigger times remain the same after daylight savings? (In other words, scheduled triggers should not change from 5:30am CST to 4:30am CST.) If this is a customer need, would this be a product feature request?

We plan to provide a way for builders to specify triggers using local time or daylight savings time. Currently, a timeline for this enhancement is not available yet.

For now, we recommend maintaining UTC scheduled triggers around daylight savings events.
