Enhance Tasks page to allow users to search for field values contained within task instructions.

    This would need to honor Field Permissions.
    This would also be helpful to search for Instances that contain field values.

    This would need to honor Field Permissions.

    Another option would be only allow filtering by public or internal fields, not confidential or highly-confidential.
