Email notification for fix task

Allow users to opt to receive an email notification for a fix task, just like for other task notifications.

    I think this is a good suggestion and/or some way to handle a Fix Task through an action that monitors a specific action for a fix task and respond accordingly. Sort of like conditions, but Fix Task specific.
