Tables: Update a Row - Default Enclosure of Quotation Marks

In the action, Tables: Update a Row, the Values field requires a user to enter quotation marks if they anticipate that there will be commas, leading or trailing spaces, new lines, etc. Requesting the system to default enclosure of all values in quotation marks without requiring the user to complete this.
