Bundle helper pushbots under parent pushbot

Most pushbots have subprocesses, either to facilitate batch processing or to separate out a standalone function. We should bundle child processes under their parent process both in build view and Instance view. Child process should be collapsible in both places to avoid getting lost in the details.
