Loop a subprocess

Create an action that lets you loop a subprocess until user-defined conditions are met. The fields from each sub-process Instance should be returned as a table so you can audit the loop history. This could potentially deprecate the Pushbot: Reopen task and reset dependent tasks action to reduce confusion and risk of unexpected results.
