Bulk add and re-order multiple choice options

Currently, in the new Builder UI if you want to set up a Single Selection multiple choice field, you can only add one Choice at a time. In the old UI, it's possible to add more than one choice at a time. For fields with 10-100 choices, adding them one at time will be very tedious and time consuming. In the new UI, it's not possible to re-order a Choice once it's been added. If a user misses adding one choice out of a hundred, they'd need to delete all of the choices that follow the missing Choice and then re-add them all.
