Can you format column size in markdown text?

I have a markdown table in an email but one of the columns is a lot of text for a copy paste email but it's super narrow and thus the table is getting really long. Is there a way to adjust the column widths?

    There are no options to adjust column widths in a markdown table. If you'd like to customize the column header, you can looking into actions such as Text: Find and replace to edit the column header names in your markdown text field to something shorter.
