Concatenate multiple columns into one column in a table/excel

Hi,
May I know how do I concatenate/combine multiple columns into one column in a table that is dynamically changing?

I have a mapping table below and would like to be able to dynamically combine the values of all the columns into one column "Combine".
I'll be using this column to match it with another table and return the result in the Status column.
Is this possible?
The only way I have tried is to manually get all the values using the "If/ else if".
