    Hi Nasir, This is simple and easy to implement. Thank you! Is there another flow for vaccination status as well or is the intent that we just adjust the testing tracker as needed? Just wanted to make sure there wasn't supposed to be another attachment.

    hi @Carolyn_139866! Glad you found it helpful and easy to use. The intention is to adjust the testing tracker as needed, but you can work with your CSM to potentially create another workflow as well.
