Conditional text within email

I needed a way to have different information appear within the body of an email depending on the choices made by the workflow trigger. Rather than have a similar email action multiple times in the workflow with conditions, I wrote the text I needed in various fields and included the conditions on those text actions instead. I was pleased to find that markdown text can be used in the text fields as well to retain formatting so the email is easy to read.
