Ability to add hover help content in a web form

It would be great for users who are unfamiliar with Catalytic and have to interact with a webform to be able to hover over an icon to view additional help information. Adding help content to the form itself can add clutter and make it more difficult to use. Hover-over help content, similar to what is found in Builder that could be customized by the builder (not pre-filled) could help make webforms easier to use.
