Action "Tables: Start workflow for each row" doesn't work today

Hello, dear team:
The loop action just doesn't work today from my productive bot, which impact our business.
Process1:
https://bosch.pushbot.com/runs/eb5f086f-8140-484a-9b30-d23510cf3215
33 subtasks have 15 start, then the loop action is frozen.
Then I tried to start a new process:
https://bosch.pushbot.com/runs/4575af75-6256-47e7-a176-911c42315221
33 subtasks have 0 starts, loop action is frozen.
Please check the root cause and fix the problem!

    Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delay in getting back to you here. This behavior you have shared is caused by your Catalytic team hitting a system limit — specifically the limit of instances started/second. This causes the slower processing that you’ve witnessed.
